By downloading or using AI Chart Detector ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What the app is — and is not
AI Chart Detector is an educational tool for technical analysis of financial markets. It uses artificial intelligence to read chart images you provide, to research publicly available news, and to explain what it finds.
The app does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No content in the app — verdicts, levels, insights, briefings, or chat responses — constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. AI-generated analysis can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and cannot predict future market performance.
2. Your responsibility and risk
You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Financial markets are volatile and involve substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire investment. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and consider seeking advice from a licensed financial professional before making important financial decisions.
3. Subscriptions
- AI Chart Detector Unlimited is offered as an auto-renewable subscription: $11.99 per week or $79.99 per six months (prices in USD; local prices may vary by storefront and are shown before purchase).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
- Fair use: AI analysis is computationally expensive, and usage is subject to reasonable rate limits to keep the service reliable for everyone.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service, not to use it for unlawful purposes, and not to submit content you have no right to submit. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your content
You retain rights to the chart photos you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to process them with our AI providers and store them in your private area so the app can function. Deleting your account removes them.
6. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZ Digital Inc. accepts no liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from the use of the app or reliance on the information it provides.
7. Changes to the service and these terms
We may modify the app, its features, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
